Don't Let Doordash Strip Your Rights: Opt Out of Arbitration

Doordash's latest Terms of Service includes an arbitration agreement which takes away your right to file a complaint in a court of law. Drivers have 30 days after accepting the agreement to opt-out of arbitration, before your rights are taken away.

Doordash makes it extra difficult to read the terms of service and properly opt-out. In order to opt-out, you need to mail a signed letter via first-class mail to their legal department, with your written intention to opt-out.

Rideshare Drivers United's tool helps you opt out quickly for free. Just fill out this simple form and sign, and we'll generate a legal pdf, print it, and mail it to Doordash legal counsel to make sure you're opted out.
