We welcome money in drivers' pockets, but this Lyft settlement is WAY too low - likely less than 1% of money owed! As the SF Examiner reported, it still falls stunningly short.
We invite drivers to object to this settlement by saying why this is so important to you. Drivers have spoken: we object to this settlement, we want these cases to go to trial, or at least result in a fair settlement! And we also need a much better settlement of the Uber case - including better pay for current drivers.
